Refunds and Exchange Policy

We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase. A refund will be made excluding all P&P costs. If an item is faulty CS Riding should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.

All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer. Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received. Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 21 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.

Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a track-able method, as we will not refund on goods NOT received. Please include your name and address in with your return, for a faster refund.

Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
